Founder, survivor, and advocate. Leslie leads Untold Greatness with lived experience and a deep commitment to protecting children, supporting families, and exposing systemic failures. Her work bridges real-life experience with action, advocacy, and reform.

Elias Rivera - Board Chair

Provides leadership and oversight to ensure the organization stays aligned with its mission. Supports strategic direction, accountability, and decision-making to strengthen impact and long-term growth.

Xiomaira Mercado - Secretary

Ensures the organization operates with structure and accountability. Maintains records, supports operations, and helps keep the mission moving forward with integrity and transparency. and reform.
